If you had to go on a two-week vacation with any celebrity, who would you pick as your traveling companion and where would you go?
Joaquin Phoenix, Tokyo. So fierce.
I love Mr. McQueen. He is my hero. For this collection, he mixed inspiration from Queen Elizabeth, India's obsession with gold, and romantic fairytales.
That collar is just GORGEOUS. and the softness of the knit fabric of the dress is perfectly contrasted by the leather of the boots. the voluminous skirt is evident through out the whole show.
I love that super-tight black skinny pants thing going on here. And that little peacoat is just classic and elegant, but the whole look is almost androgynous.
Another example of contrasting soft with hard. The gown is so flowy and water-like, but the shiny leather pants/boots? is just peeking out underneath. This effect would be easily translated into everyday life. Maybe a nice chiffon top with some leather pants?
Here comes the big crazy one. The bottom of that skirt just kills me, its so fierce in that color and fabric. Also loving that headpiece.
That jacket is so chic. What else could I say?
The details of the print on this dress blew me away. I believe it's a tree with the branches spreading out? It has the same asymmetric skirt as the first dress but the line of the one-shoulder collar is parallel to it, which gives it an even look.
Isn't this the most wondrous dress in the world?
These are a few of the Queen/Imperialism/Indian pieces. The didn't impress me much and seemed too literal.
Sorry to say, but this was the tackiest one.
And then this. How beautiful and elegant. She looks like she jumped out of a Renaissance painting.
Finally, the last dress that impressed me so very much. I just love the champagne color. The only thing I hate are those shoes...seems like the coordinator chose the wrong shoes before rushing her on to the runway.
Don't you adore her?
As much as I love Kanye West's shutter sunglasses, I would go for the classic and pick up a pair of Wayfarers. Originally designed in 1952, the actual shape has only been tweaked and never dramatically changed. I don't really know what got me into loving it so much but I suspect it had something to do with both my favorite icons, Audrey Hepburn and Bob Dylan, sporting them so well.
They cost about $100-150, which means I won't own an authentic Ray Ban Wayfarer until maybe after college? but I could easily pick up a pair of knock-offs for $10-30.
As you whittle your way out of winter, summer suddenly approaches. What to wear? A bright, colorful summer dress of course. They should be made out of either breathable woven cotton or light knitted material with a flow. Make sure to stay away from darker colors and long skirts. The waist should be anywhere between the empire waist height and just above the naval. Here are a few I love:

Audrey Hepburn made the LBD even more popular by wearing a Givenchy dress in the film "Breakfast At Tiffany's" in the classic Chanel style.
If you are young, I recommend trendy cuts and silhouettes:
If you wish for something classic, go with a v-neck and a slim waist:
